Yes, this is a legit company. What is truly amazing is how soft she feels, but definitely has a weight to her (due to the inner metal skeleton). But neither detract from the other. In other words, touching her always feels soft, but she is no way flimsy, you can put her in sold poses that she keeps. As has been mentioned in other reviews for these types of dolls, their customer service is very good, responding to questions very fast, usually within a few hours or even a few minutes.
